Jonathan Harries, FCB’s chairman is a great creative thinker and client confidant with tremendous business acumen. Harries’ career began when he walked into the Foote, Cone & Belding office in Johannesburg, South Africa, and offered to work for free. He quickly rose up the creative ladder and 11 years later was deputy chairman, executive creative director at Grey-Philips in South Africa. After heading to the U.S., Harries enjoyed a stellar career at A-list agencies including Grey Advertising and Leo Burnett. Harries returned to FCB in 1997. He served as FCB’s global CCO from 2006 to 2015 prior to being named chairman.
