Sebastien Desclée Joins Draftfcb
Draftfcbs Worldwide CEO Carter Murray announced today that Sebastien Desclée, formerly CEO Duval Guillaume Modem and Publicis Belgium, has joined the company as President of Draftfcb International. In a move that will eliminate a more traditional regional structure, Draftfcb's eleven largest operations will report directly to Murray and Sebastien Desclée will work with the remaining high potential international offices around the world. Reporting directly to Murray, Desclée will spearhead efforts to further boost creative and new business excellence. Draftfcb International consists of operations of similar size and profile across APAC, EMEA and LATAM regions.

"He has a strong track record for success in the type of markets he will be managing having helped Duval Guillaume and Publicis Belgium get to a position where in the last two years theyve won over 30 Cannes Lions combined, posted healthy financials and received high client satisfaction feedback."
Desclée began his career at Procter & Gamble working across a variety of roles including sales and finance before three years as Brand Manager of high profile products in the hair care and feminine care portfolios. He moved agency-side to Publicis Brussels in 2007, first as Commercial Director, then Managing Director, before taking on the role of CEO of the networks worldwide operations in Belgium and Duval Guillaume Modem. While at Publicis, he worked with highly regarded brands such as Renault, BNP-Paribas, Nestlé, Coke Zero, Carlsberg and Garnier.
Combining expertise on local and international levels, Desclée was instrumental in Publicis business flourishing with creative notoriety and financial success. Duval Guillaume Modem was named "Creative Agency of the Year" in 2012 and 2013 by Creative Club of Belgium after producing viral hits for TNT ("Push to Add Drama") and Coke Zero ("Unlock the 007 in You").
