Joanna Monteiro and Max Geraldo Promoted to Creative Vice Presidents of FCB Brazil

Press Release - SÃO PAULO, 25 June 2014

Joanna Monteiro and Max Geraldo have been promoted from executive creative directors to creative vice presidents of FCB Brazil.

Monteiro and Geraldo joined the agency in 2012 with the goal of boosting its level of creativity. Less than two years later, after restructuring the creative departments in the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro offices, they have led the agency to one Grand Prix and 16 Lions at the 2014 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

“The wins at Cannes are a testiment to the success of the duo’s work with all of our clients - the results of which have been seen in a short period of time,” said Aurélio Lopes, president of FCB Brazil and chairman of Latin America. “Thank you Joanna and Max for being so competent, brilliant, kind and driven. Your leadership is fundamental in building the agency we want to become: a better, cooler, more modern, creative, respected and acclaimed agency.”
