Jennifer Hohman Joins FCB as Global Chief Marketing Officer
Industry veteran brings a strong track record of new business momentum across Interpublic Group agencies
FCB Worldwide CEO Carter Murray announced today that Jennifer Hohman has joined the agency network as global chief marketing officer of FCB. In this position, Hohman will forge new business relationships with current and prospective clients on a domestic and global basis, reporting to Murray.
This appointment serves as a homecoming for Hohman, who returns to the IPG Family, having previously served as executive vice president, North America Business Development, for IPG Mediabrands from 2012 to 2015, where she successfully initiated new business growth and expanded revenue by partnering closely with client leaders. Prior to Mediabrands, as executive vice president of global business development at UM, Hohman drove significant new business including ExxonMobil, Dyson, Charles Schwab, Nationwide, BMW, Applebee’s, Six Flags, Chrysler, United States Postal Service and Aetna. Hohman also successfully led top clients including the U.S. Army and Verizon FiOS as senior vice president, group account director of IPG McCann Worldgroup.
“Jen is an agile, results-focused advertising and media leader. With nearly a decade of experience at our holding company, she distinctively brings proven industry-wide new business expertise and has a profound track record across IPG. In fact, she was instrumental in winning the highly competitive global Microsoft account,” said Murray.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Hohman was most recently executive vice president of brand solutions and head of client service at Studio71, a ProSieben Company. Hohman is exceptionally skilled in collaborating with external partners to drive revenue and ensure company growth. She uniquely brings to FCB a first-class, innovative C-level expertise in agency growth through new business and client relationships. She is a leader in developing strategic plans, and implementing marketing and branding initiatives.
“Jen has a great vision for strategic growth and is committed to deliver superior results. She will be invaluable to us, as we see clients asking more than ever for a fused solution between advertising and media. Jen knows how to win, and more importantly, win at IPG,” continued Murray.
Hohman joins FCB on the significant heels of FCB West’s “Circles” spot for Levi’s being ranked as one of YouTube’s 10 Most Watched Ads of 2017, as well as FCB Canada’s recent new business expansion win of the retail platform mandate from Air Canada and FCB Chicago’s recent Blue Bunny win.
Added Hohman: “I’m honored to lead the charge of new business and revenue growth at FCB, especially at such a momentous time at the agency. I look forward to my IPG return and working across the globe to further expand the agency’s innovative growth and dynamic client relationships.”
Hohman is a graduate of Iona College and has served as alumni board member at the college.
