Draftfcb Wins Three Awards at Eurobest 2013

Draftfcb snared three Bronze awards at Eurobest 2013, a three-day festival and award show celebrating the European creative advertising industry. The annual award show took place in Lisbon, Portugal on December, 6.

Draftfcb/Lowe Zurich was awarded Bronze in Direct Mail for its work on BMW’s "The Fastest Christmas Song," featuring an a capella group singing Jingle Bells while riding in a new BMW M135i as the car reached speeds of up to 250 km/h. BMW customers then received this unique and speedy song version of the well-known holiday carol in a sound chip mailing.

Zurich was also awarded Bronze in the radio category for Theater Rigiblick’s "The Traffic News." The campaign presented the daily local traffic report in a highly theatrical reading by the theater’s own stage actors.

Draftfcb Spain earned its Bronze in the print category for "Flags," a campaign in support of World Refugee Day for client ACCEM NGO (a foundation that provides resources such as housing and direct care to immigrants and refugees). The award-winning campaign featured flags of the world patched atop another country’s flag, reflecting that the foundation integrates refugees and immigrants while maintaining their identities.
