Bosques de Palermo
One of the city’s largest parks, Palermo is the lungs of Buenos Aires. It is also known as the Tres de Febrero Park. Here you will find a variety of trees, three lakes, and many playgrounds. It is a place to stroll, take a boat out on the lake, run, bike, or exercise.

Café Tortoni
Café Tortoni, opened in 1858 by a French immigrant, was inspired by fin de siècle coffee houses and conserves the décor from its early years. Selected by U City Guides as one of the 10 most beautiful cafes in the world, the café has been visited by such notable figures as Albert Einstein, Federico García Lorca, Hillary Clinton, Robert Duvall, and Juan Carlos de Borbón. Currently, the basement functions as a space for jazz and tango artists, book readings and poetry contests.

Unicenter Mall
Opened in 1988, Unicenter Mall was the first regional shopping center in Argentina and, today, is the most important commercial center in the country. Located north of Buenos Aires, it has a total area of 220,000 square meters, with over 300 stores, a food court, and 14 cinemas.

Things to see - Historical Sites
The Teatro Colón
Teatro Colón is considered to be one of the best theaters in the world. Acknowledged for its acoustics and its architecture, the theater is located in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires. It opened May 25th, 1908, with Giuseppe Verdi`s opera Aida.

Faena
The Faena Hotel Buenos Aires, formally known as Faena Hotel+Universe, is a 5-star hotel in Puerto Madero. Saved from the wrecking ball by local cultural preservation associations in 1988, the building was purchased by fashion designer Alan Faena, who opened the hotel in 2004. Refurbished, and decorated by designer Philippe Starck, the hotel has 105 rooms and is adjacent to an apartment complex of 83 units. The Cabaret hosts the number one Tango show in Buenos Aires "Rojo Tango".

Costanera Sur Ecological Reserve
Reserva Ecológica de Buenos Aires, also known as Costanera Sur Ecological Reserve, is an 865-acre tract of low land on the banks of Río de la Plata in the Puerto Madero district. From the start, newly formed ponds and grasslands attracted the attention of nature lovers and bird watchers. As the biological diversity increased, a variety of animal species appeared.
