A Home for Creativity: FCB Tops Cannes Lions 2025 Rankings

Cannes Lions has published its 2025 Rankings Report celebrating the best-performing companies at this year’s Festival, and our network is standing proud at the front of the pack.

FCB is ranked #3 Network; #1 Regional Network of the Year, North America; #2 Regional Network of the Year, Asia; and #10 Regional Network of the Year, Pacific. In the Agency Rankings, FCB Chicago has earned the #3 spot, followed by FCB India at #8, and FCB New York at #9.

These rankings reinforce our strength as a global network and highlight the importance of collaboration in driving transformative growth for brands. But more than recognizing our work, they celebrate the people behind it — the exceptional talent that powers FCB.

This year, FCB earned the top spot in three creative crafts that define our industry in the Cannes Lions Talent Report 2025: #1 Creative Director, #1 Copywriter, and #1 Art Director. Together, they form the creative department’s tripod; the foundation on which every great idea stands. And this year, every leg of that foundation belongs to FCB.

These honors prove what we’ve always believed: that FCB is a place where talent can grow, thrive, and make the best work of their careers.

“These high rankings reflect FCB’s culture as a true home for creativity, one that champions ideas, nurtures talent, and empowers great minds to do the best work of their lives,” said Danilo Boer, Global Creative Partner. “When dreaming big is encouraged, creativity knows no limits. Those ranked represent something bigger than themselves: a team that rallies behind ideas to make the impossible, possible.”

FCB Global creative leaders Danilo Boer and Andrés Ordóñez are ranked #2 and #8 among Chief Creative Officers, respectively. Multiple members of our team are in the top ten of the Creative Director rankings, with Frederik Clarysse, FCB Chicago / Happiness, an FCB alliance at #1, Bruno Mazzotti, Gustavo Dallegrave & Zach Frazer from FCB Chicago at #3, and Silas Nogueira & So A Ryu, also FCB Chicago, at #4.

In the Copywriter rankings, John Fiebke and Nihal Atawane from FCB Chicago hold the #1 and #2 spots, while Freya Dholakia from FCB India is #6. Last, but by no means least, in the ranking of the Top 10 Art Directors, Vitor Favero from FCB’s global team has taken out the top spot, with Chetan Sonar from FCB India in at #5.

With so much talent leading the way, it’s no surprise our offices around the world are dominating their markets. FCB Chicago received the top spot for the United States, and FCB New York came in at #3. FCB India was ranked the #1 agency in India, with FCB Kinnect rounding out the Top 10 at #9. FCB Toronto took the #2 spot for Canada’s rankings.

And our work across the network has shone in different tracks, with FCB Chicago ranking #1 in Craft and FCB India #3 in Experience, demonstrating our creative strength across both categories and regions.

“Groundbreaking work doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s born out of collaboration, curiosity, and relentless dreaming,” said Andrés Ordóñez, FCB’s Global CCO. “These rankings reflect what’s possible when our incredible talent around the world comes together with one shared goal: to always create work that moves people, shapes culture, and drives business. Vamoooos!”

We also want to extend a huge congratulations to our holding company Interpublic, who received a #3 ranking for Creative Company of The Year.

The Cannes Lions Rankings Report is published based on the points earned during the awards, creating a global benchmark for creative excellence. From Chicago to Mumbai, New York to Toronto, our people didn’t just bring home Lions, they proved that FCB is the best place in the world for creative talent to grow, thrive, and shine.

Congratulations to the entire team on these honorable rankings that further showcase our continued strength, momentum, and collaboration as a global creative network.
