Emma joined FCB New York in 2019, bringing 25+ years of experience in digital, media, and branding, and award-winning work for iconic global brands such as GE, FedEx, P&G, E*TRADE, Pfizer, Hertz, Emirates, T-Mobile, and IKEA.

Under Emma’s leadership, FCB New York has become a beacon for creativity and craft, attracting brands and talent with an ambition to make work that’s as effective as it is unexpected. During her tenure as CEO, the agency has tripled in size, won 30+ new brands including multiple global portfolio companies, and is consistently ranked among the world's most awarded agencies.

In 2025, FCB New York achieved a rare feat: earning four Agency of the Year titles at The One Show, ADC Awards, Clio Awards, and D&AD, following wins as Cannes Lions’ 2024 Craft Agency of the Year, and Agency of the Year titles at The One Show and ADC in 2024, and at the Clios in 2023. Additionally, the agency topped The Drum's World Creative Rankings, earned a rare D&AD Black Pencil for Spotify’s “Spreadbeats” campaign, and contributed to FCB’s recognition as Cannes Lions' "Regional Network of the Year – North America" for the seventh consecutive year.

Emma also leads transformation across all of FCB globally, helping the network and its clients stay ahead of constant change. As Global Transformation Officer, she connects the dots across offices, scales what’s working, shares innovation widely, and raises the baseline for creativity. She fosters a growth mindset across teams, creating an environment where creativity thrives.
