Clean and sleek, the user-friendly site showcases the best of Draftfcb Healthcare and the shop's amazing talent. The individuals highlighted are current employees who pose with placards that share a snippet of their personal story. The site furthers the agency's "Above and Way Beyond" mantra that looks at employees in their totality to illustrate what makes them tick as people. The holistic blend of interesting individuals, aptly captured on the site, succeeds in personalizing the agency that has been named "Most Creative Agency" for an unprecedented fourth years in a row by MedAdNews' Manny Awards.

The launch of the site comes at the heels of some major 2013 accolades for the agency including wins from notable industry awards such as Effie Health, DTC, Rx Club, MM&M, and the Trailblazer Awards. Multiple staffers from Draftfcb Healthcare tackled the in-house project that took three months to complete. Attention was placed on integrating the agency's Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn channels to encourage two-way conversations with stakeholders.
