FCB Zürich Strengthens its Creative Management Team

Press Release - Zürich, Switzerland, 16 March 2016

FCB Zürich responds to great new business success with four new creative directors.

FCB Zürich has succeeded in winning numerous new clients in recent months. For this reason, the agency has expanded the creative team of Chief Creative Officer Dennis Lück and established a new management structure.

A total of four creative directors will now take on management tasks and come up with extraordinary ideas for current and new clients.

Newly on board is Creative Director (Copy) Andy Lusti. A member of ADC Switzerland and previously a creative director at Jung von Matt/Limmat, Lusti is an outstanding creative mind and has claimed numerous national and international prizes for his work. His campaigns for Migros, Graubünden Tourism and Volkswagen are particularly worthy of mention.

His partner is Creative Director (Art) Marcin Baba. The native Pole and skilled onliner learned his trade at Scholz & Friends Hamburg before moving to Switzerland. Here, several pieces of his work have been considered for ¬¬¬¬– and even gone on to win – Cannes Lions. It is for this reason that Baba, who has been with FCB for more than two years, is to be awarded the title of creative director.

The second management team is made up of Creative Director (Art) Flavio Meroni and Creative Director (Copy) Sören Schröder. Meroni was once a senior art director at Publicis and subsequently went on to serve as a creative director and partner at the agency BCM. Schröder, a graduate in communication sciences, was trained in Düsseldorf at TBWA and in Hamburg at Scholz & Friends.

Already working as a team at FCB Zurich, Meroni and Schröder were responsible for the work “The Hearing Test Concert” for the hearing aid specialist Neuroth. This work has not only been recognized at a national level with a gold medal from ADC Switzerland, but has also won several awards internationally. The two men are now also receiving accolades within the agency, and are to be promoted to the rank of creative director.

The four creative directors will receive support from additional new colleagues: Sarah Ming, copy; Fabian Zahner, senior copy; Paul Labun, art director; Katja Schlosser, art director.

“I am pleased that we have once again succeeded in strengthening our creative team at a high level and that we will soon be able to report on new campaigns for Hero, Helsana, Kägi, Repower and Neuroth,” said Cornelia Harder, CEO of FCB Zürich.
