FCB Energizes Creative Team With Key New Hires

FCB Chicago is pleased to welcome Susan Treacy to the creative leadership team as EVP, Executive Creative Director. Treacy was most recently with Leo Burnett, where she oversaw a suite of brands on the P&G Portfolio including the two-time Cannes-winning Mean Stinks platform for Secret Deodorant.
 
With more than 20 years in the industry, Treacy is a dynamic creative leader with experience ranging from all disciplines on brands such as Kashi, Citi and Nordstrom, along with sports experience through Adidas and Fox Sports, and boutique agency background. Along the way, she has amassed an impressive portfolio of category expertise and accolades from award shows such as Cannes, One Show, D&AD, Andys, Effies, Clios, Art Directors Club and more.
 
Chief Creative Officer Todd Tilford said, "We are all very excited about what Susan will bring to FCB. She is an extremely intelligent, strategic, innovative creative, and her leadership style fits beautifully with our open source, collaborative, rapid-prototyping, fully integrated model."
 
Susan returns to the FCB family, having worked early in her career at Foote, Cone & Belding San Francisco on Levi’s, Sega, Fox Sports and MTV. She has also spent time at TBWA\CHIAT\DAY, Fallon and 22 Squared. Treacy will be lending her many talents to our work on recent new business wins and digital clients.
 
Acclaimed creative talent, Max Geraldo of FCB Brasil is also joining FCB Chicago in his first position in the United States as SVP, Executive Creative Director. With a portfolio of award-winning work for Fedex, Volkswagen, Nivea, Pepsi, Unilever and Nissan, Max was named the 5th most honored creative director in 2014 by The Big Won and has amassed 39 Cannes Lions throughout his 17-year career.
 
With experience at JWT, DM9DDB, Almap BBDO and TBWA, and less than two years after joining FCB Brazil in 2012 he led the agency to a Grand Prix in mobile for a Nivea Sun Kids’ Protection Ad along with 16 additional Lions, and the 2015 Nivea Sun Doll followed in success with 2 Gold, 3 Silver and 3 Bronze Lions.
